I have a bad address hold. What do I do?

Log into Banner, select the "Personal Information" tab, select "Update Address and Phones", select "Current" for the
invalid address, check the "Delete this Address" box to inactive the invalid address and submit. 
Click the "Personal Information" tab again, on the drop down on the bottom of the page, select the type of address you
want to insert to add the new information.
Send an email to studentaccounts@ggc.edu once done so we can update your hold.
