Anyone can submit a question to Ask A Grizzly, but as a student you can submit and track your specific enrollment or student record related question by signing into the Ask A Grizzly portal. A representative from the appropriate department will respond to you as soon as possible.
Please be aware tickets are responded to on a first-come, first-serve basis within one business day during normal business hours, Mon-Thur, 8am-5pm and Fri 8:30am-5pm. If you need more immediate assistance during the start of a term, you may choose to contact us directly by phone or in-person. To help us expedite service, please submit only one ticket per issue/inquiry.
